IBR-SR-56 error

The Delivery Postal Address Line must occur maximum once

The Delivery Postal Address Line (ibt-165) must occur maximum once.

Fix

Keep a single cbc:Line here and delete the duplicates. If both values matter, one of them belongs in a different field.
