We don't store your invoices.

Invoices

When you check an invoice, here or through the API, we read it in memory, run the rules, send the result back and discard it. Invoice contents are never written to disk, a database or our logs, and never used for training or anything else.

What we do keep

• Request logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records time, path, status and timing for each API request. We keep these for up to 7 days to fix problems. They contain no invoice data.
• Daily limit. To count free checks, we store a one-way hash of your IP address with today's date. It's deleted the next day.
• Your account. If you sign up, we keep your email, your plan, your API key (encrypted) and a count of checks per month, until you ask us to delete the account. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored only as hashes.
• Payments. When paid plans open, Stripe handles cards. We never see card numbers.
• Emails to us. If you write to us, we keep the email to reply.

Cookies

One, only if you sign in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. No analytics, no trackers.
