IBR-SR-54 error

The Buyer Postal Address Line must occur maximum once

The Buyer Postal Address Line (ibt-163) must occur maximum once.

Fix

Keep a single cbc:Line here and delete the duplicates. If both values matter, one of them belongs in a different field.
