IBR-SR-53 error

The Seller Postal Address Line must occur maximum once

The Seller Postal Address Line (ibt-162) must occur maximum once.

Fix

Keep a single cbc:Line here and delete the duplicates. If both values matter, one of them belongs in a different field.
