IBR-SR-49 error

Value tax point date must occur maximum once

Value tax point date (ibt-007) must occur maximum once.

Fails

</Invoice>

Fix

Keep a single cbc:DescriptionCode here and delete the duplicates. If both values matter, one of them belongs in a different field.
