IBR-179-AE error

Buyer VAT identifier must occur maximum once

Buyer VAT identifier (IBT-048) must occur maximum once.

Fix

Keep a single cbc:CompanyID here and delete the duplicates. If both values matter, one of them belongs in a different field.
