IBR-140-AE error

When VAT accounting currency is present, it shall be AED

When VAT accounting currency (IBT-006) is present, it shall be AED.

Fails when this is false

not(cbc:TaxCurrencyCode) or cbc:TaxCurrencyCode = "AED"
