IBR-123 error
Invoice total amount without TAX must have no more than 2 decimals
Invoice total amount without TAX (ibt-109) must have no more than 2 decimals.

Round the amount to 2 decimals. Round each figure once, at the end of its calculation, and sum the rounded figures.
