The Payee legal identifier

The Payee legal identifier (ibt-061) must occur maximum once in the Invoice, if the Payee (ibg-10) is different from the Seller (ibg-04).

Fix

Keep a single cbc:CompanyID here and delete the duplicates. If both values matter, one of them belongs in a different field.
