IBR-104 error

Buyer tax identifier must occur maximum once

Buyer tax identifier (ibt-048) must occur maximum once.

Fails

Fix

Keep a single cbc:CompanyID here and delete the duplicates. If both values matter, one of them belongs in a different field.
