IBR-103 error

Buyer legal registration identifier must occur maximum once

Buyer legal registration identifier (ibt-047) must occur maximum once.

Fix

Keep a single cbc:CompanyID here and delete the duplicates. If both values matter, one of them belongs in a different field.
